3. Disciplinary History
No penalties, directions, or warnings have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations against the Research Analyst relating to research analyst services.
There are no pending material litigations, legal proceedings, inspections, or investigations initiated or concluded by any regulatory authority against the Research Analyst or his employees.

The Research Analyst does not have any associates as defined under the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
5. Disclosures with Respect to Research Reports and Recommendations

The Research Analyst, his relatives, and associates do not have any financial interest in the subject company.
The Research Analyst, his relatives, and associates do not have actual or beneficial ownership of 1% or more securities of the subject company as on the end of the month immediately preceding the date of publication of the research report or public appearance.
There is no material conflict of interest at the time of publication of the research report or public appearance.
The Research Analyst or his associates have not received any compensation from the subject company in the past twelve months.
The Research Analyst or his associates have not managed or co-managed any public offering of securities of the subject company in the past twelve months.
The Research Analyst or his associates have not received any compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company in the past twelve months.
The subject company was not a client of the Research Analyst or his associates in the twelve months preceding the publication of the research report.
The Research Analyst or his associates have not received any compensation or benefits from the subject company or any third party in connection with the research report.
The Research Analyst has not been engaged in market making activity for the subject company.
The Research Analyst has not served as an officer, director, or employee of the subject company.
Accordingly, the Research Analyst does not have any material conflict of interest at the time of publication of research reports or recommendations.
