Refund Policy

Pradeep Carpenter, SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000019309), follows a transparent and compliant refund policy in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and SEBI’s Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC).

Clients are advised to read the following refund policy carefully:


Refund Eligibility

  1. In case of premature termination of services by the client, a refund for the unutilized portion of the subscription period shall be provided on a pro-rata basis.

  2. No breakage fee, penalty, or exit charge shall be levied for early termination of services.

  3. No refund shall be applicable for partial subscription periods (for example, part of a month), unless:

    • mandated by SEBI, or

    • required under applicable laws or regulations.

  4. If the Research Analyst’s SEBI registration is suspended for a period exceeding 60 days or is cancelled, refund of unutilized fees shall be provided from the effective date of such suspension or cancellation.

  5. No refund shall be applicable for services already rendered or after completion of the full subscription period.


Refund Request Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to
    rapradeepcarpenter@gmail.com, clearly stating the reason for termination.

  2. Eligible refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

  3. Refunds shall be credited only to the original source of payment.


Important Notes

  • This refund policy is applicable strictly in accordance with SEBI’s MITC for Research Analysts.

  • Refunds do not cover market-related losses or dissatisfaction arising from market performance of recommendations.

  • Research services are non-guaranteed in nature and subject to market risks.
