1. Scope of Services
The Research Analyst (RA) provides research and recommendation services only.
The RA is not authorized to execute trades or carry out purchase/sale transactions on behalf of clients.
Clients are advised not to authorize or permit the RA to execute trades on their behalf at any time.
2. Fees and Billing
Fees charged by the RA shall be within the limits prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
Current SEBI-prescribed limit: ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family for all research services of the RA (excluding statutory levies).
The fee limit does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors, as defined by SEBI.
Fees may be collected in advance, but not exceeding one quarter of the total annual fee at any time.
In case of premature termination of services, the unutilized portion of fees shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis, in accordance with SEBI MITC and the Refund Policy.
Fees shall be paid only through banking channels such as bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other permitted digital modes. Cash payments are not accepted.
Clients may optionally pay fees through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) operated by BSE Limited under RAASB, wherever applicable.
3. Conflict of Interest
The RA shall comply with all applicable SEBI regulations relating to conflict of interest disclosure and mitigation.
Any material conflict of interest, if it arises, shall be promptly disclosed to the client.
4. Prohibited Practices
The RA shall not offer any assured, guaranteed, or fixed-return schemes.
The RA does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free returns from research recommendations.
5. Risk Disclosure
Research opinions, projections, and estimates are based on analysis of available data and market conditions at the time of preparation.
Investments in securities market are subject to market risks, and there is no assurance of returns.
SEBI registration, RAASB processes, or NISM certification do not guarantee performance or returns.
Clients are advised to exercise independent judgment and consult their financial advisor before taking any investment decision.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients shall ensure that their email ID and mobile number are kept updated with the RA.
The RA will never ask for login credentials, OTPs, trading account passwords, or bank details.
Clients must not share such information with any person claiming to represent the RA.
