1. Scope of Services

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the research services provided by the Research Analyst (RA).

  • The RA is not authorized to execute or carry out trades (purchase/sale transactions) on behalf of clients.

  • Clients are advised not to permit the RA to execute any trades on their behalf.


2. Fees

  • The fee charged by the RA shall be subject to the limits prescribed by SEBI/RAASB.

    • Current limit: ₹1,51,000/- per annum per client family for all research services of the RA (excluding statutory charges).

    • Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.

  • The RA may collect fees in advance (not exceeding one quarter’s fee).

  • In case of premature termination, proportionate unexpired fees will be refunded.

  • Fees must be paid only via approved modes (cheque, bank transfer, UPI, etc.). Cash payments are not accepted.

  • Optionally, clients may pay via the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited (RAASB).


3. Conflict of Interest

  • The RA complies with all SEBI/RAASB regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest.

  • Any material conflict that could affect the quality of service will be promptly disclosed to clients.


4. Prohibited Practices

  • No assured, guaranteed, or fixed return schemes shall be offered.

  • The RA cannot guarantee profits, accuracy of recommendations, or risk-free investments.


5. Risk Disclaimer

  • All research opinions, projections, and estimates are based on analysis of available data as of the report date.

  • Investments based on research are subject to market risks — no assurance of returns is provided.

  • Clients cannot claim compensation for losses incurred by acting on recommendations.

  • SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, or NISM certification do not guarantee performance or returns.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must keep their contact details (email and mobile number) updated with the RA.

  • The RA will never request login credentials, OTPs, or sensitive Trading/Demat/Bank details.

  • Clients should never share such information with anyone claiming to represent the RA.
